"Dr. Parika Engineer was amazing! She was super patient with my very cranky and stubborn toddler. Handled her with grace and kindness! Also, my husband and I (well me really) didn’t have a lot of knowledge of the process for evaluation and she walked us through the whole thing. She also escorted us down to the receptionist and helped us get an appointment set up. Her follow up after we left the clinic was something I normally don’t see from the doctors I have visited before. She has kept guiding us until today to make sure we are getting all of the assistance we need for my daughter. Thank you Dr. Engineer!!!!!"

"Dr. Hershon, Dr. Knapp and their staff are wonderful, kind and helpful. Very pleased with their advice. Easy to schedule appointments. I met with Dr. Knapp and she explained the different hearing aids that were available, helped me choose the most appropriate solution, and advised me that I had three no-cost follow-up visits to make sure the hearing aids were adjusted properly and that I was satisified with them. The offices are easy to access (I use a walker), and there is plenty of parking."

"Never open! Update your hours on Google. Update, all I need to do is call in advance. For those who don’t know, sometimes they’ll close early so it’s best to make sure they are in the office before you come regardless of what Google says.
